This course will walk REALTORS® through the articles of the Code with emphasis on the most misunderstood and/or are most violated. Bringing the very best representation to our buyer and seller clients is our number one goal and following the Code can help you do that. This course also provides REALTORS® with a reliable reference for guidance in dealing with complex situations in today’s day to day practice of real estate. Students will learn how the Code of Ethics compares with the concept of general business ethics. **This is a 3 hour course and will not satisfy your Ethics renewal requirement. When you sign up and attend this course you will granted access to our online education platform to complete an hour of instruction to satisfy the requirement. If they choose to reschedule they must pay the full price of the course again.LATE ARRIVALS: In accordance with the Real Estate Commission's Administrative rules, successful completion of continuing education requires full–time attendance throughout the program, course or activity. A student who arrives late, leaves during class or leaves early shall not receive a certificate and such circumstance will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be granted.
