DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy 60 Hour Salesperson Pre-License Weekend Bundle Virtual During the course you will learn the Iowa Real Estate Commission prescribed course of study including; Law of Agency, Real Estate Law & Conveyancing, Legal Descriptions and Zoning, Trust Accounts & Closing Statements, Real Estate Insurance, Iowa License Law & Commission Rules, Law of Contracts, Fair Housing, Appraising, Financing of Real Estate, Real Estate Mathematics, and Taxation. This course will help prepare you to take the Iowa Real Estate Licensing Exam. Students should have a pen, paper and highlighters to use in class. Books will be shipped to Virtual Students a week before class and will receive Zoom links once class registration has been received by the Education department. Zoom open at 12:30pm Friday and 7:30am Saturday. No driving/riding, walking/exercising or cell phone use/talking to others during class. If they choose to reschedule they must pay the full price of the course again.LATE ARRIVALS: In accordance with the Real Estate Commission's Administrative rules, successful completion of continuing education requires full–time attendance throughout the program, course or activity. A student who arrives late, leaves during class or leaves early shall not receive a certificate and such circumstance will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be granted.
