Don't Be A Victim: Personal Safety for REALTORS 3 Hour Renewal Elective.
Growing up, do you remember MOM saying "Look both ways when you cross the street and honey, don't talk to strangers?" Here you are years later talking to strangers every day and even going into vacant houses with them all alone. On a daily basis, in the bustle of appointments and commitments, it's easy to become complacent about your safety. But because of the potentially dangerous situations real estate practitioners find themselves in each day---vacant homes, open houses, chauffeuring strangers to showings, it's imperative to put a premium on precaution. This class will illustrate the importance of being aware, proactive and knowing the best reactions in dangerous situations. As a result of taking this safety class, you will improve your vigilance and map out a game plan, you will not only avoid attacks but also be more confident. And with confidence you're less of a target. A great class for September, REALTORS® Safety Month.

I am a wife and mother of four children. Along with my family, I own and operate a couple businesses.
My real estate experience runs deep. My dad was an independent broker for 30 years and my older sister is also a broker, so I grew up watching and learning real estate from the front seat. I have been licensed with national companies for 23 years and recently acquired my own broker’s license.
I have a degree in Public Relations and played college basketball.
My parents taught me to know my stuff, protect myself and “give ‘er hell” with honesty being priority #1. Always.
I am passionate about teaching. There is always something to be learned and I love every minute with agents – old and new. I give my students everything I’ve got. It is truly an honor to be in the classroom.
