Designed for real estate professionals committed to integrity and professionalism, this course provides an in-depth review of ethical standards, professional conduct, and real-world decision-making. Through discussion, case studies, and scenario analysis, participants will learn how to identify and resolve ethical dilemmas while maintaining compliance with state regulations and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. As an active Drill Status Guardsman for the Iowa Air Nat’l Guard, David’s passion is helping educate fellow Veterans and Realtor community about the benefits of the VA loan program in his role as education Director for the Des Moines Chapter of the Veteran’s Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP).
