Wholesaling continues to grow in popularity, but it has also become more complex due to recent legal changes and evolving business practices. This 1-hour elective course will help real estate professionals recognize the warning signs of wholesaling transactions, understand key 2024 law updates, and confidently navigate situations that may involve wholesaling activities.

Participants will learn how to identify potential risks, protect their clients' interests, and maintain compliance with legal and ethical obligations. Through practical examples and real-world scenarios, this course provides the knowledge and tools needed to respond appropriately when wholesaling-related issues arise in today's real estate market.
