Located in northeast Iowa, Travis originally began teaching through IAR as the director of the IAR Leadership Institute. In 2020, Travis added classes focusing on Fair Housing, as well as becoming an instructor for Buying Practices. Beginning in 2022, Travis will also be teaching Law Update, Ethics, Listing Practices, and At Home With Diversity, along with several elective classes. Involved heavily at the association level, Travis has served as a two-time president of the Backbone Board of Realtors, the 2018 president of the Northeast Iowa Regional Board of Realtors, and will be the 2025 IAR State President. Outside of real estate, Travis is an active volunteer in his community and coaches youth sports through every month of the year. If class cancellation is requested any later than 48 hours prior to class, the refund will be less a $25.00 cancellation fee. If they choose to reschedule they must pay the full price of the course again.LATE ARRIVALS: In accordance with the Real Estate Commission's Administrative rules, successful completion of continuing education requires full time attendance throughout the program, course or activity.
