Buying Practices 12 Hour Pre-license or Elective Credit - Zoom
Unlock your potential in real estate with our buying practices course. Tailored for new agents and seasoned professionals looking to expand their business, this course covers every crucial aspect of the buying process from the REALTOR® perspective. You'll learn the essentials of buyer qualification, financing, client interaction, and offer drafting, all the way through to closing responsibilities. Our expert instructors bring real-world experiences and insights to the classroom that will give you the knowledge and tools needed for a successful transaction.

Zoom Registration: You will receive the Zoom link in the class reminders which will be used for both days of class.
Camera & Microphone required in order to receive class credit. Zoom participants must be seated with camera on as if you were attending class in person.
No driving, riding, walking, phone use etc. allowed during class.

All students must attend all 12 hours in order to receive a completion certificate. Missed attendance will be transferred to the next available Buying Practices 12 hour course scheduled on the IAR website. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Rochelle Burnett
Rochelle Burnett is starting her 12th year of Real Estate and 7th year running The Burnett Team. The Burnett Team consists of 6 successful Realtors selling over 32 million a year. The Burnett Team business is based solely on their center of influence (their database). Rochelle will share simple and fun ways to communicate with your database without feeling annoying or sales-pitchy. You will leave this class with a plan to effectively and consistently communicate with your past clients, friends and family members to build a dependable repeat and referral business.

IAR reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason; including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, and closings due to severe weather. Please remember that cancellations or closings should be rare events. In the event of cancellation, registered participants will have the option of a full refund, full credit, or a reserved seat in the next available class at no additional cost.

CANCELLATION by a student, if requested no later than two full days before scheduled course date, will qualify for a full refund. If class cancellation is requested any later than 48 hours prior to class, the refund will be less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Members may log in to the My Account section of our website to cancel a class and receive the appropriate refund. NO SHOWS will be charged the full amount of the course.

Students may RESCHEDULE at no additional cost to attend any future class that is conducted within 90 days of original course date. Requests must be made no later than 72 hours before originally scheduled course time. NO SHOWS will be charged the full amount of the course. If they choose to reschedule they must pay the full price of the course again.

LATE ARRIVALS: In accordance with the Real Estate Commission's Administrative rules, successful completion of continuing education requires full time attendance throughout the program, course or activity. A student who arrives late, leaves during class or leaves early shall not receive a certificate and such circumstance will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be granted.
