Please remember that not only will we be learning new listing scripts, but also we will be having you present them in “real-play†scenarios in the group. This is a highly interactive class and will be where we want you to craft your listing presentation so that you can dominate your market. If you were planning on not participating, this is not the class for you. One thing is for sure - you will be a better listing agent after this class. If they choose to reschedule they must pay the full price of the course again.LATE ARRIVALS: In accordance with the Real Estate Commission's Administrative rules, successful completion of continuing education requires full–time attendance throughout the program, course or activity. A student who arrives late, leaves during class or leaves early shall not receive a certificate and such circumstance will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be granted.
