The Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) Designation Course helps real estate professionals develop the business-building skills and resources for specialization in the 50+ real estate market by expanding knowledge of how life stages impact real estate choices, fostering empathy with clients and customers, and connecting to a network of resources.
In addition to guiding clients to the right experts on tax laws, probate, estate planning, and a variety of equity conversion strategies, Seniors Real Estate Specialists® can offer clients relevant information on current trends in real estate transactions for the 50+ market.

$60 Royalty Fee is Included With Registration.

Three (3) requirements must be met to attain and use the SRES® designation:
• Successful completion of the SRES® designation course
• Active membership in the National Association of REALTORS®.
• Active membership in the SRES® Council. (New designee receive one-year membership in the Seniors Real Estate Council® FREE. Annual dues are $99 each year thereafter.)

Zoom Registration: You will receive the Zoom link in the class reminders.
Camera & Microphone required in order to receive class credit. Zoom participants must be seated with camera on as if you were attending in person.

Rochelle Burnett is starting her 12th year of Real Estate and 7th year running The Burnett Team. The Burnett Team consists of 6 successful Realtors selling over 32 million a year. The Burnett Team business is based solely on their center of influence (their database). Rochelle will share simple and fun ways to communicate with your database without feeling annoying or sales-pitchy. You will leave this class with a plan to effectively and consistently communicate with your past clients, friends and family members to build a dependable repeat and referral business.

IAR reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason; including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, and closings due to severe weather. Please remember that cancellations or closings should be rare events. In the event of cancellation, registered participants will have the option of a full refund, full credit, or a reserved seat in the next available class at no additional cost.

CANCELLATION by a student, if requested no later than two full days before scheduled course date, will qualify for a full refund. If class cancellation is requested any later than 48 hours prior to class, the refund will be less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Members may log in to the My Account section of our website to cancel a class and receive the appropriate refund. NO SHOWS will be charged the full amount of the course.

Students may RESCHEDULE at no additional cost to attend any future class that is conducted within 90 days of original course date. Requests must be made no later than 72 hours before originally scheduled course time. NO SHOWS will be charged the full amount of the course. If they choose to reschedule they must pay the full price of the course again.

LATE ARRIVALS: In accordance with the Real Estate Commission's Administrative rules, successful completion of continuing education requires full time attendance throughout the program, course or activity. A student who arrives late, leaves during class or leaves early shall not receive a certificate and such circumstance will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be granted.
